Bio:

Charles Schwab began his patent prosecution career working as counsel to the Allis-Chalmers Corporation in West Allis, Wisconsin. While at Allis-Chalmers he served as president of the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association and was the Chairman of the Patent Section of the Wisconsin State Bar. Upon the acquisition of Allis-Chalmers by KHD AG of Cologne Germany (the company Nicholas Otto helped start with his invention of the modern four-stroke engine), Charlie served as Corporate Secretary to the Deutz Allis Corporation and to KHD Deutz of America Corporation located in Norcross, Georgia. Most recently Charles Schwab served as counsel to the Law Firm of Nexsen Pruet Adams Kleemeier, LLC of Greenville, SC.
